Welcome! I’m a certified personal trainer with a specialization in women’s health and fitness. These days, misinformation about health and wellness is abound, my sole focus is in empowering women to reclaim control over their health and happiness.

I recommend we meet for 30 minutes weekly! However, if you require more 1-1 time, that can certainly be accommodated. I also suggest our check-ins be done on Zoom; however, if you prefer via phone, that is totally fine.
A digital food scale, a body weight scale, and access to training equipment.
This is extremely personal based on a couple of factors. I will suggest a cadence following our kick-off call. Keep in mind, many variables impact weight including sodium, menstrual cycle, sleep schedule, etc. We will use weight to track any trends and measure improvements- don’t get so hung up on the number.
The goal of this program is slow and sustainable weight loss. The amount of weight loss per week will be dependent on the person but on average 0.5-3 pounds per week.
Please note, we typically see greater weight loss in the beginning of the program due to cutting out alcohol, monitoring sodium and being more hydrated.
No! The intention of this program is lifelong sustainability. I want you to eat foods you enjoy in moderation. I hope to encourage members to develop a healthy relationship with food that allows them to be strict when needed to attain a goal, but be comfortable enough to relax and enjoy food and life after that goal is achieved.
Alcohol greatly affects the body's ability to build muscle and be in a calorie deficit; however, life requires balance. If members do drink, I suggest it’s limited to 1-2 per week.
Payments can be broken down into 1, 2, or 4 payments. All sales are final- there are no refunds.
